২। প্যাকেজিং স্ট্যান্ডার্ড

প্রতিটি অর্ডার যথাযথভাবে প্যাকেজিং করা হয় এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ইনভয়েসসহ কার্ডবোর্ড বক্সে পাঠানো হয়।
ভঙ্গুর, তরল অথবা সহজে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারে এমন পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত সুরক্ষার জন্য বাবল র্যাপ ও উপযুক্ত প্রোটেক্টিভ প্যাকেজিং ব্যবহার করা হয়।
একটি অর্ডারে একাধিক প্রোডাক্ট থাকলে প্রতিটি পণ্য প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আলাদাভাবে সুরক্ষিত করা হয়, যাতে ট্রানজিটের সময় ক্ষতির সম্ভাবনা কম থাকে।

অর্ডারের লোকেশন ও ডেলিভারি পরিস্থিতির ওপর ভিত্তি করে ডেলিভারি সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
ঢাকার মধ্যে
সাধারণত ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
ঢাকার বাইরে
সাধারণত ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, প্রতিকূল আবহাওয়া, রোড ব্লক, পরিবহন সমস্যা অথবা অন্যান্য অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি সময় কিছুটা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
